madeline has been sick a lot the last while. we had a bunch of blood work drawn & a ton of tests done the last two weeks.. one of her doctor's called me last night -- all of madeline's labwork is normal. no cancers, no cystic fibrosis, no immune system problems, no nothing abnormal. this is great news except for the part where she's still ill 25% of the time (and thus misses 25% of school days (though she is still #1 in all of 1st grade & her testing results are off the charts)), and we are still clueless as to why. here's to hoping its allergies.



and on a much more horrifying note, can you believe this piece of shit only gets ONE YEAR in jail for this shit? i hope a fellow inmate takes justice into his own hands, the judge certainly didnt. plead out from a shiv in your rectum, dickwad.
